Port Hedland Pylon Signage
Kingman Visual were the successful signage company for the design and construction of the pylon signage for the new Wanangkura Stadium in Port Hedland.
The initial tender included a design intent sketch and it was Kingman’s job to ensure this intent was then designed into a functional sign that also met strict cyclone engineering guidelines for this part of Australia. The finished product is not your average pylon sign but rather an sculpture worthy of any art exhibition.
Standing at nearly 5.2m and 3.6m wide this is truly a stand out example of craftsmanship, creativity and execution. The three logos for the stadium, BHP and Town of Port Hedland are all internally illuminated to create impact during the evening.
This signage was manufactured by Kingman’s quality tradesman in our Malaga facility before starting the long journey North crossing more than 1600km’s.
It is a testament to the Kingman Visual talented project management team that ensured the methodical planning of manufacture and installation guaranteed that this sign was manufactured in such a way that the installation team we sent with the sign, installed it easily and quickly.
This is only one example of many showing that Kingman will travel all over Australia to ensure you get the quality signage you deserve – no matter where you are located.
