Statutory Signs

Statutory Signage refers to signage that is required to be installed on commercial, retail and residential developments in accordance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA).  This signage includes fire services signage, various emergency services, danger signage,  toilet signage, braille signage and more within a particular building or development.

Further to the BCA standards, all signage required must comply with Australian Standards and be installed at correct viewing heights and be designed with appropriate and contrasting colours.

At Kingman Visual we have vast experience designing statutory signage to suit our clients brand, budget and expectations. There are many off the shelf architectural systems that we carry that suit our client’s needs or we can design and build custom solutions to suit your brand.

With the many government regulations surrounding statutory signage, it is important you put your building in the hands of people who understand the legislative requirements. At Kingman we design our statutory signage packages to comply with the regulations and also to look attractive. Your statutory signage can be designed to complement your other building and wayfinding signage for seamless integration.

Our statutory signage packages can be started at any stage of the buildings life. Many of our clients approach us before construction starts to prepare full signage schedules. At this stage, you can hand Kingman a set of plans and we will prepare a schedule for your building and signage manual.
