Last year saw the first of Kingman’s “Employee Awards” themed Christmas party…. and this year was bigger and better than ever! The Kingman crew dusted off their dancing shoes once again and took to Optus Stadium for a spectacular night in the Victory Lounge.
This is such a special occasion in which we can celebrate the achievements of the company as a whole and reflect on everything we have accomplished throughout the year as a team. The best thing about our awards night, however, is the opportunity to recognise the individuals who have gone above and beyond for Kingman in 2022.

Kingman honored one of our foundation members of staff with a lifetime achievement award, as we wish farewell to a valued member of the sales team who sails off into his well-earned retirement at the end of this year. Jeremy Herdman will be sorely missed by the team as he was an extremely valued member of staff for over 20+ years who has been instrumental to the expansion and growth of Kingman in the early years to bring us to where we are today.
Despite the challenges of Covid, this year has seen success in many forms. From our 7 new ASGA awards, to growth within our Digital Business, our vibrant Apprentice Program, and strong progress on our journey to Net Zero. This is in addition to of course, some impressive signs we have manufactured and installed along the way!
2023 already looks like it will be very different here at Kingman, however there are some very exciting changes taking place as well. Stay tuned and watch this space.
