The Camfield

This month saw the team at Kingman complete the signage package for Perth’s trendiest new bar, “The Camfield”. This new facility is located just 65 metres from Perth’s new and iconic Optus Stadium in Burswood. This trendy new bar will have the capacity to hold up to 2’500 patrons and is set to be one of the largest licenced venues in WA. The venue has been named the Camfield after “Julius Henry Camfield “(1852-1916), who was the first pioneer settler of the Burswood area in Perth.

Kingman worked closely with all the partners on this project, especially with the owner Tim McLernon, who co-own The Stables Bar, The Reveley and pop-up bar Embargo, in partnership with Three pound Group, which has more than a dozen venues across Australia. All the interior design was by Mobilia and we think the end result is very sophisticated, with a mix of contemporary and industrial features. The wallpaper used has a very hip and arty feel, while the lighting and earthy textures create an industrial ambiance.

Kingman manufactured and installed directional way-finding, statutory signage, wall graphics and external building signage. This signage project was completed in little over a month and is another feather in our cap here at Kingman, we are unbelievably proud to have been a part of yet another exciting new development in WA. The new venue is officially opened and just in the nick of time for the first concert at the new Optus Stadium, the adored Ed Sheeran. Patrons will enjoy attending the Camfield before and possibly after the event. This is set to become a very popular stomping ground for all event goers.

We would like to congratulate PACT construction on such a wonderful result, after four years in the making, it was an absolute pleasure working with the team on this mega pub and very exciting to see it all come together in the end. We would also like to say a big thank you to Sam Fazzari from Mobilia Interior designs for working with Kingman on this project, which ensured the whole process was a smooth and successful one.
