Supplied Art Specifications
1 | FORMAT
We support Illustrator, Indesign
and Photoshop file formats only.
This includes
.pdf, .eps, .ai, .indd, .tiff, .psd
2 | FONTS
Ensure all fonts are converted to outlines.
This is achieved by selecting all, then
selecting Type – Create Outlines.
3 | COLOURS
Please provide all files as CMYK, for colour
accuracy please denote any PMS colours
within the art document according to the
pantone standards.
Physical proofs can also be provided
if colour accuracy is desired.
4 | BLEED
For anything 3m and under please provide
50mm bleed to all edges, NO LESS.
For over 3m please provide
100mm bleed to all edges, NO LESS.
Any files provided with an insufficient
amount of bleed will need to be scaled
up which can alter the appearance
and add additional time.
5 | IMAGES & DPI
Ensure all images are either embedded in
the file, or provided with the artwork files.
All files should be provided at either
100% or 10% of its size.
The dpi for any provided artwork should
NOT exceed 300dpi at final size. 150dpi
is optimum, do not go below 50dpi
unless instructed.
6 | SENDING ARTWORK
For anything 3m and under please provide

For over 3m please provide
100mm bleed to all edges, NO LESS.
